Logging into the NIEF Portal
There are two ways to login to the NIEF Portal.
Login via Home Agency Account
If you have an account with your home agency that has been enabled for federated single sign-on (SSO) to NIEF services, you may login to the NIEF Portal using that account, regardless of whether you are a regular user or a user with administrative privileges
on the NIEF Portal for your home agency.
Login via the GTRI IDP
If you are a NIEF Portal administrator for your home agency, but you do NOT have an account with your home agency that has been enabled for federated single sign-on (SSO) to NIEF services, you may login to the NIEF Portal using the Georgia Tech Research Institute
(GTRI) Identity Provider (IDP).
Before you can log into the portal via the GTRI IDP, you must establish a GTRI IDP account. To request an account on the GTRI IDP, please contact the
NIEF Portal Administrator.
