This is the latest NIEF-Highly-Recommended attribute bundle as of September 27, 2021. Support for the following user attributes is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, as they are required for access by at least two NIEF resources. Every NIEF IDPO SHOULD be able to assert them on behalf of its users.
