Usage Information
Weight must be expressed in pounds. Fractions of a pound should be rounded off to th nearest pound. Weight measurements must be encoded using the NCIC weight encoding method, which stipulates a 3-digit code expressing weight in pounds. For example, 125 pounds would be represented as "125", 94 pounds would be represented as "094", etc.
