A list of jurisdictional identifiers that define a geographic region within which the user has legal jurisdiction to perform his/her duties, within the context of the user's assignment to the organization or agency to which the user is assigned.

Usage Information
The geographic region must be expressed as a semicolon-delimited list of jurisdiction identifiers from the GFIPM Jurisdiction Code code set. This code set is comprised of values from the FIPS 5-2 State Code and the FIPS 6-4 County Code. Note that when encoding this attribute within a SAML assertion, it is also acceptable to specify multiple jurisdiction identifiers for a user via the use of multiple XML elements, with one or more semicolon-delimited jurisdiction identifiers per element.
Example Content
To indicate that a user has jurisdiction in Georgia and Alabama, use: "AL;GA". To indicate that a user has jurisdiction in Hall County, GA and Gwinnett County, GA, use: "13139;13135".
